What is the minimum and maximum amount that may be deposited into the Accumulator Savings Plan every month?

You may start your Accumulator Savings Plan with as little as you specify and deposit up to $3,000 per month. You simply need your employer to make your contributions by Payroll Deduction/Direct Deposit.
