Courtesy Pay Overdraft is a safety net, in the event you have exhausted all other Overdraft Transfer Protection sources. Courtesy Pay Overdraft allows you to overdraw your account (up to your limit, if your account is in good standing) to clear checks, ACH and other electronic payments, ATM transfers or withdrawals and debit card payments when there are insufficient funds in the available balance in your checking account or any of your designated Overdraft Transfer Protection sources. You must opt-in for Courtesy Pay Overdraft service for ATM transfers or withdrawals and one-time debit card payments before these transaction types can be covered for consumer accounts.
There is a per item Courtesy Pay Overdraft Fee for this service (see Service Charge Schedule). The account must be brought to a positive end of day balance within a 30 day period to retain this service.
