Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have had your Provident Credit Union checking account opened for a minimum of 60 days and in good standing
- Your account must be brought to a positive end of day balance at least once every thirty (30) days
Enrollment in Courtesy Pay Overdraft is automatic for the following transactions and require no action on your part:
- Written checks
- Electronic payments (ACH)
- Recurring debit card payments
At your request for consumer accounts, your Courtesy Pay Overdraft limit may also be available for these transactions:
- ATM transfers or withdrawals
- One-time debit card payments
Courtesy Pay Overdraft service requirements and procedures may be changed or withdrawn at any time without contact. You will be removed from the Courtesy Pay Overdraft service if you do not meet the above requirements.
We pay Courtesy Pay Overdraft transactions at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and pay a Courtesy Pay Overdraft, your transaction will be declined. Courtesy Pay Overdraft service is available once the checking account has been opened for 60 days.
