You must be a business account holder enrolled in online banking to access User Controls and add secondary users. To enable this service sign-on to online banking and from the menu under your name/initials select ‘Users’ and then accept the Terms & Conditions.
Once the service has been enabled you can start to add secondary users by selectin your name/initials in the top ribbon and then selecting “Secure Forms” from the Messages and Forms menu. Select the “add Additional User” form, complete the required information and click send.
Provident will add the new user to your account within 1 business day.
