Enroll in online banking, once you have agreed to the terms, entered your information, and set up your User ID and password, you will be signed on for the first time. e-Documents are accessed by clicking on "Statements and Notices" from the “Accounts” menu within online banking and the mobile app. There is also a “Statements & Notices” shortcut from the Quick Links section of the Account Summary” page. Your first regular member statement will be available in both places during the first week of the first month after you have enrolled.
If you ever wish to stop receiving your statements electronically, you can click on the "Deactivate e-Documents" link from the Statements and Notices page within online banking or our mobile app. The next time you visit the page after that, you will still have access to existing electronic documents (21 months for Visa eStatements and up to 24 months for all other statements), and you can click on the "Activate e-Documents" link to begin receiving new e-Documents again.
